This policy explains how The BD Hub ("we") uses your personal data. We are the data controller.
What we collect
- Details you give us in forms: name, business name, email, phone, website, turnover band, your goals and any package configuration.
- Contact list sign-ups, including prize draw entries.
- Basic technical data such as pages visited, where you have accepted analytics cookies.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To arrange and hold your consultation and respond to enquiries (steps before entering a contract, and legitimate interests).
- To send occasional emails where you have opted in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To run the prize draw (consent and performance of the draw terms).
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, such as email, scheduling and CRM tools, under written contracts. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking data for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client. Marketing data until you unsubscribe.
